- Taking over software responsibility for a smart communication ECU for a German OEM customer
- Derive software architecture from customer requirements
- Detail software requirements from hardware platform and customer requirements
- Define interfaces between software components
- Discuss and review software design with software developers
- Create estimations and targets for CPU load and memory usage
- Setup domains e.g. for functional-safety, early startup, low latency, etc.
- Establish cyber-security concept
- Investigate and plan fulfillment of legal requirements
- Refactor architecture and design of existing software

Your mission
Your profile
- At least 10 years of experience in software development of in-car electronics
- Excellent knowledge of UML and related tools such as Enterprise Architect
- In-depth knowledge of in-car software architectures, networks and diagnostics
- Worked with AutoSAR and Linux (Android Automotive OS is a plus)
- Experience in RTOS systems with low-latency and safety-critical applications
- Able to work with Confluence, Jira and other DevOps tools
- Excellent knowledge of C and C++, audio processing background is a plus
- Good English skills in speaking and writing, German is a big plus
- Hands-on mentality, ability to work independently, good communicator and time player
